There is plenty to do in the vicinity of the campsite. You can take wonderful walking and cycling trips, go fishing, go shopping or spend a day on the Wadden Islands. There is also plenty of choice for trips with children. But you don't necessarily have to go stap to have a good time. The campsite has various facilities, making it a great place to be for young and old. Enjoy the peace and quiet on your own spacious pitch, for example with a book or newspaper in the sun, while your (grand)children have fun on one of the play equipment on the campsite. If you feel like a chat, you can always find a fellow camper for a cup of coffee. Our guests regularly meet in the recreation room for a game of 'klaverjassen' or an evening with live music. The campsite's recreational lake with sandy beach is ideal. Swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles or throwing a ball, it's all possible here! During the school holidays, a recreation team is present to keep the children busy with activities such as crafts, playback shows, soap football and live goose board. A stay at Recreatiepark Westerkwartier guarantees lots of water fun. The campsite has an outdoor swimming pool and a recreational lake with a sandy beach. The outdoor pool (3.5 by 7 metres) is ideal for cooling off on hot days and is also regularly used for the campsite's activities. The campsite's recreational lake (4000m2) with sandy beach is ideal. Swimming, sunbathing, building sandcastles or throwing a ball, it's all possible here!
