The cottage is situated on the edge of our plot with views over farmland, offering plenty of space and privacy. On one side of the cottage is a private entrance; on the other side, French doors lead out onto the terrace from both the bedroom and the living room. Adjacent to this is a large lawn. At the rear is a cosy covered area with a lounge corner where you can enjoy being outdoors together.
By prior arrangement, you may bring your pet with you. From the cottage, you have direct access to a footpath through the countryside, ideal for walking your dog.

In the living room, you’ll find a three-seater sofa, a spacious armchair and a large dining table. The open-plan country-style kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher.
The first bedroom, measuring 20 m², features a wonderfully large double bed, a spacious wardrobe and a desk. Bedroom number two (5 m²) has two single beds that can be arranged one below the other or pushed together. The bathroom has a modern walk-in shower and washbasin, whilst there is a separate toilet in the hall.
The cottage, with a total floor area of 80 m², is non-smoking and features a TV and Wi-Fi.
The surroundings of the Groningen holiday cottage, Eenum
The expansive landscape of the Groningen Hogeland offers so many wonderful things to enjoy: the mound settlements, dykes, locks and maren, old churches, magnificent borgen and picturesque villages, endless vistas and beautiful cloudy skies. For nature lovers, there are some stunning areas to visit: the Reitdiep region, the Dollard and the Wadden Sea coast.
For walkers, there are routes along the Wadden Sea coast, straight through the meadows or along ancient footpaths. There are many cycle routes, including those along the Wadden Sea dykes or the Dollard Route.
Huisje Vergezicht is a 10-minute cycle ride from Loppersum, a charming old village featuring, amongst other things, a railway station, an Albert Heijn, an organic supermarket and a bakery.
Our cottage is situated far from the motorway, yet only a 20-minute drive from the bustling university city of Groningen. Visit the city to explore the Groninger Museum, enjoy a lovely stroll through the city, go shopping or enjoy a delicious meal at one of the many excellent restaurants.
A 10-minute drive from Eenum lies the historic town of Appingedam, with its famous hangende keukens and beautiful old streets and little bridges. It is a wonderful place to stroll around and soak up the atmosphere.
