A week or weekend away with the whole family or a group of friends, but comfortable with enough room for everyone? Our group accommodation near the beautiful Lauwersmeer has no fewer than 10 bedrooms for a total of 34 people.

Spacious and complete

"How big it is here!" we often hear our guests say. The layout of the Robersum group accommodation is therefore ideal for large families. Young cousins can cozy up together on the first floor in the two bedrooms for seven people each. The barrier-free ground floor of the house has six double rooms and two quadruple rooms. All bedrooms have their own sink. Cook a feast in the professional kitchen and gather around the wood-burning stove or on the terrace. Or take a moment for yourself in your own room. Here you can do both. And suddenly something doesn't seem to be working or you have questions? We live only a short distance away ourselves and can always be reached.

Being together with everything nearby

With the many playground equipment on site, children will certainly not be bored. Enjoy the sun in peace, play games and light up the BBQ in the evening: you don't need to leave Robersum for a fun day. Want to go out? The surrounding area invites for all sorts of outings and activities. Go walking or take a boat trip on the Lauwersmeer. Or go on the mudflats, by boat or on foot with a mudflat walk. Visit the seal centre in Pieterburen or walk past the brightly coloured houses of Zoutkamp. This old fishing village also has a beach where you can have a nice swim. Everything is close by and you are there in no time.

Discover the Lauwersmeer!

In earlier times, fresh and salt water flowed into each other in the Lauwerszee. Fear of flooding led to the construction of a dam in 1969. A beautiful new landscape emerged on the former seabed, a true bird paradise. Nature in the Lauwersmeer is so special that the area has been designated as a National Park.

Schiermonnikoog

The island of Schiermonnikoog is car-free and is therefore particularly popular for its tranquillity and space. The largest part of this smallest Wadden Island falls under National Park Schiermonnikoog, with plenty of dunes, beach, woods, mud flats and polder. Schiermonnikoog was declared one of the Netherlands' twenty National Parks in 1989.
