We are an artisan bakery with 2 shops. In Middelstum and in Ten Boer, where the bakery is also located. We make almost everything ourselves, with passion, and we are proud of it! You can come to us for bread, pastries, regional products, but also for a delicious cup of coffee with a filled roll. Welcome!

In addition to sales in the Bakery Shop, online ordering is possible. Every day at 5 p.m., checkout and internet orders are taken out which are baked overnight. The great advantage for the customer is that even late in the afternoon his or her preferred product is not sold out. The products ordered are neatly packed and ready in the order trolley.

At markets and fairs, such as at Ewsum in Middelstum, Bakker Henk Post often stands in person. Then there really is time for interaction with customers and visitors.
Radlercake
Bakkerij Henk Post ’s pride and joy is the Radlercake, a cake made with beer and a delicious lemon flavour. The Radlercake was discovered by a national chain and has even been included in their range.
