Previously, this part of the city was a hidden gem, known mainly to locals, but with the arrival of the large multi-storey car park on the Damsterdiep , more and more people are discovering this delightful spot. Along the marina, there are still several old warehouses, including a number in the Art Nouveau style. The marina itself has seventy berths.
