The Kake Bridge - Since 1991
In the centre of Delfzijl, 50 metres walking distance from the port, owner Henk Kok has been running his 'Kakebrug' since 1991.
Where once was the first connection between the old and the new Schans has now made way for a quality restaurant, accommodating around 30 people. With its stylishly laid tables and atmospheric decor, this is an absolute must! Moreover, in summer, you can enjoy our roof terrace, which has been carefully and thoughtfully landscaped.
The menu is adapted to the season 5 to 6 times a year. So we regularly serve new dishes. These are prepared from a selection of fresh, daily-supplied and, if possible, local produce. Some dishes never get boring, such as mushrooms & prawns with raspberry dressing and the mustard soup. These have now been on the menu for almost 25 years.
