Drafbaan Stadspark
In the middle of the Stadspark you will find the trotting track, the place for big events in Groningen.
The trotting track is perhaps the most famous part of the Stadspark. Once built as a horse-racing track, it now often hosts other events. Thanks to its location in the middle of the Stadspark, the grounds have a special atmosphere. It is not for nothing that artists like The Rolling Stones, Tina Turner and Sting chose this place for their performances. There is plenty on the programme again this summer.
