Kwilt will be the new hotspot in Groningen for creative entrepreneurs. On the bustling old Suikerterrein - where Groningen's creative community is already located - we will create plenty of space to work. Whether you are looking for office space, a flex space or a nice spot in the sun in the park, Kwilt will be the place to be. For relaxation and inspiration, take a stroll through the park. Want to get back to work with full focus? Then that's possible too!

Working in flats
Flats and houses are for living in right? At Kwilt, we do it completely differently. On the former Suikerterrein in Groningen, we are building 47 flats and 8 houses in the middle of a green park. Not to live in, but to work in! They will not be ordinary offices, but unique places to be creative and to work together. Will you soon be renting a house or a flat with us to set up your business in? Or is that a bit too big? No problem, we will soon also have separate flex spaces.

Unique place. Unique people
The name Kwilt refers to the English word quilt, or patchwork. All these unique patches together form a patchwork. A quilt gives relief to the blanket. That is exactly what we want Kwilt to do (metaphorically, that is)! By offering varied workspaces, from high-end to affordable incubator spaces and from a desk to a whole office, we create a diverse community here that complements and strengthens each other. Alone you will get far, but together you will get much further.
