And we’re the people of Groningen! At Wadapartja, you can enjoy shopping, eating and drinking throughout the day and sometimes into the evening too. We serve breakfast, lunch, homemade cakes, themed dinners and tasty nibbles to go with drinks. And best of all, everything you see is for sale. We have a shop, but the tables, lamps, plates and even the local art on the walls are also for sale. We think it’s important that you know what you’re eating. That’s why we use ‘Beter Leven’ chicken, ‘Porc d’or’ pork and Groningen pasture-raised beef. We also work with a good number of local suppliers, such as beers from Bax, Martinus and Eggens; biodynamic vegetables from the Eemstuin; speciality coffee from Koffiestation ; and sustainable Groningen bread from Luuk the baker, made with grain grown in the Groningen countryside. Local doesn’t mean far away, and that saves a lot of food miles. Wadapartja is the place where you come together, where you’re inspired, where you experience things and where you’re part of it in your own way. Everyone’s welcome!
