De Suikertuin is the city’s back garden. A place where you can take a moment to unwind or, conversely, soak up the lively festival atmosphere. Among other things, you can pop in here for a bite to eat and a drink on one of the various terraces. Enjoy a drink with a view of the whole city on BOOVN rooftop terrace, sip a speciality beer at the Paradigm Biergarten terras or savour some street food on the Stadslab Festival-Terras. As well as the terraces, there’s plenty more to experience in de Suikertuin . Dig your toes into the sand on the stadsstrand by the Rebel Rebel hostel, discover parts of the site you’ve never seen before with a tour from De Wolkenfabriek , or be surprised by EM2’s cultural programme. De Suikertuin is a place bursting with space and a great atmosphere – you simply mustn’t miss it when visiting the city.
De Suikertuin is accessible by car, public transport, on foot and by bike.
