De Woeste Grond is a "mess-free natural butcher's shop" with an organic shop. Besides selling our natural meat, we also sell organic and biodynamic (regional) products. In our butcher's shop, we prepare tasty products with passion and expertise, without any nasty rubbish and sickening junk. We call it 100% mess-free! From May to September, we have an organic market every Saturday morning (in the dairy 9-13 am), including freshly baked bread and pastries from the bakery, vegetables straight from the land, smoked fish and various cheeses. You can also order grilled organic chicken.

Behind former Laude dairy is the resting point of de Woeste Grond. Standing at the front of the factory, you wouldn't expect to find a lovely quiet relaxation spot behind it. On the steps, you can enjoy the cows and the view of the Ruiten Aa. In an old tank, coffee and tea are waiting for you. Hanging next to the tank are "tea bags" with 12 different kinds of mint. You can make delicious mint tea from these. The 100% circular furniture has given the resting point a contemporary and artistic character.
Opening hours
- Our butchery and organic shop is open all year round, Monday to Saturday from 9am-17pm.
The organic market is held on Saturdays, May to September from 9am-1pm.
Rest point and webshop open all year round.
