Brasserie Prinsenhof is part of Hotel Prinsenhof. The origins of the Prinsenhof complex lie in the brasserie. In 1436, the Brothers of Common Life built their then small residence here into a veritable brothers' church. This makes the brasserie the centre of Prinsenhof, and you can feel it.

Every day, the brasserie is a destination for many guests. Hotel guests and passers-by drink a cup of coffee here, and in fine weather enjoy lunch on the terrace. On the elevation, the former choir of the church, high tea is enjoyed next to the imposing fireplace. The cocktail bar is located in the lower part compared to the lounge, and belonged to the former nave of the church.

In the brasserie, the light is impressive because of the sunlight falling in from three sides through the metre-high windows.
