TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR GROUPARRANGEMENTS
The general terms and conditions of VVV apply to all group bookings.
The booking conditions will be sent with the booking confirmation.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR TOWN GUIDED TOURS
The following conditions apply to city tours with a VVV guide and guided tours of the Martini Tower:
* For cancellations up to 5 working days before the tour, € 15 will be charged.
* If canceled up to 1 business day before the tour, 50% will be charged.
* For cancellations on the day of the tour, 75% will be charged.
* If not appearing at the moment of the tour, 100% will be charged.
