The market includes about 25 stands with regional products, such as cheese, meats, vegetables, honey, herbs, bread, chutneys, plants and much more. Food and plant producers will tell you everything you want to know about their products. The basis of the annual fair is formed by about 150 market vendors from the acknowledged street trade with special offers, thus ensuring considerable benefit for consumers. A varied selection of consumer goods and food will be provided for city and country people of all ages.

WinterWelVaart – a wintry event organised in conjunction with the Historische Zeilvaart Groningen and the A-Kwartier community association – takes place during the weekend one week prior to Christmas. Approximately 25 ships in and around the A will be open to the public. WinterWelVaart is a Christmas happening with food, music and cheerfulness, and with attention for trades and culture.
