10 October, Stationsweg 1003 - When you think October, you think Oktoberfest with long tables, beer and traditional clothing. How nice is it to do it just a little bit more special this time? Because Bootje Speciaal is organising an Oktoberfest as you know it: with conviviality, lots of beer and delicious snacks. Only this time, not in a tent, but on the canals of Groningen! As soon as you set foot on board, polka and schlager music will be playing at full volume. A bar, toilet and convertible roof are available on board, so you can enjoy the whole evening undisturbed. Don't wait too long, as there is only room for 70 people. Prost!

Oktofest

17 and 18 October, Stadslab Groningen - Yes, you read it right: Oktofest. Get your clothes out of the closet or sprint to your nearest party shop, because the Suikerunie terrain is dedicated to Oktofest. The festival, checks off all the clichés: from mugs of beer, traditional attire to long tables with your best friends or strangers. Combined with the tastiest Bavarian specialities, such as bratwurst, you will have a party as if you were in Germany. To get into the mood in advance: Wann ist das? The party takes place on 17 and 18 October, from 6pm to midnight. Six hours of German tradition, but with Groningen hospitality.

Oktoberfest Delfzijl

25 October, marquee at Grand Café het Lokaal -Delfzijl will once again turn into a vibrant part of Bavaria! No long journey to Germany needed, as you can already see the country from the dyke and the party atmosphere hangs in the harbour town. Put on your Oktoberfest outfit, warm up your vocal chords and set sail towards the surrounding countryside. Expect beer mugs and performances by Zicke Zacke, Mark Stouwdam and Katiuscia Principato, among others. German-speaking singers will also perform, so you really feel like you are in German spheres for a while. With German hits, polkas and party anthems by more than 50 musicians, there will be something for everyone. In short: an evening of music, fun and tradition.
