B&B Ter Borg
The cosy farmhouse is located on the edge of the natuurgebied Ter Borg. Just cross the road and you are in the province's largest heathland area. Peace, space and nature are the main features of the region.
The small-scale and intimate landscape with woods and fens is reminiscent of southern Sweden.
The former hayloft of our farm has been converted into 2 spacious and luxurious sitting/sleeping rooms, each with its own bathroom. Guests have a private entrance and a private part of the enclosed garden. Dogs are very welcome. Breakfast is served in the dining room for guests and consists of local specialities, organic and/or FairTrade products.
You can go cycling, canoeing, horse riding and swimming in the immediate surroundings. Within cycling distance are the well-known monastery of Ter Apel and the fortified town of Bourtange. The zoo in Emmen and the museums of Groningen and Assen are easy to reach by car.
