With our treatments like the Health Trainer (for losing weight, getting rid of waste products and getting rid of excess fluid) and connective tissue massages, we not only make your skin more beautiful, but above all healthier. Separately, both treatments are very successful and fine to follow as a course of treatment. But combined, you see even more and even faster results: less cellulite, more beautiful shaping (better contours), radiant skin and less fat and/or fluid accumulation.

Connective tissue massage
A course of connective tissue massages does wonders for your skin. By massaging the deeper layers of the skin, you can achieve firmer, plumper skin with improved blood circulation. Using the right techniques – which we combine at Sparkle with cupping (using vacuum cups) – you can improve your skin, making it healthier and helping to release adhesions. At Sparkle City Spa , you can book connective tissue massages for both your face and your body. And we even offer a special course of connective tissue massages for pregnant women.
Sparkle Health Trainer
If you’d like to feel fitter, lose weight and reduce water retention, the Sparkle Health trainer is for you. Using electrostimulation to mimic vibrations that the body recognises, this machine helps you train your muscles, flush out waste products or improve your figure. During the initial assessment, we’ll look together at your current muscle mass, fluid levels, body fat percentage and waste products, as well as your wishes and goals. Based on this, we’ll draw up a programme using the vibrations that will give you the desired effect. Facials
At Sparkle, you’ll find a range of facial treatments. We work with Oolaboo, a Dutch brand that, thanks to its natural and bioactive ingredients, stands for skin improvement of the highest standard. Oolaboo’s skincare ranges have been developed in collaboration with biochemists, cosmetologists and dermatologists. The facials using our Oolaboo products are true treatments. The treatments incorporate rituals from ancient Japan and China, such as the special hand-washing ritual, which is not only a cleansing process but also provides immediate relaxation. By combining these rituals with skin enhancement of the highest standard, these facial treatments are truly immersive experiences that allow you to relax completely.
EMB blood test
If you are experiencing unexplained or vague symptoms, the EMB blood test may provide a solution. During this test, your blood is analysed for a whole range of factors. Your blood acts as your body’s transport system, and it can reveal all sorts of things, such as intolerances (to certain nutrients), vitamin and mineral deficiencies, as well as, for example, your stress levels and further information about your hormonal balance. An EMB test is carried out using a small finger prick, after which your blood is analysed in the laboratory. After around three weeks, we’ll discuss your test results with you and work together to see how we can help you further (for example, with dietary supplements or connective tissue massages to flush out waste products).
