De Uurwerker
Right in the centre of Groningen, tucked between the Harmonie complex and the Kromme Elleboog, Café de Uurwerker has been located since August 2013.

Both from the little square near Turftorenstraat and walking down the Uurwerkersgang, one has a view of different groups of people having a drink by the brilliant candlelight in this large tastefully decorated establishment. Others with a laptop on their laps or a cup of coffee and a newspaper. Fresh pizza (baked in the wood-fired brick oven) can be ordered at the bar for a very reasonable price, and you can also have drinks or lunch here. This new study, work and lounge area offers not only Groningen students, but also others a renewed inspiring environment.
