This guesthouse in North Groningen is located in De Groene Luwte, the name for our characteristic village farm (from 1895) and the surrounding, very large ecological landscape garden. As a guest, you will literally find yourself in 'the part': the generously proportioned and high space where the farmer once stored his harvest, hay and straw, and his cart and horse. You can taste the history in the old trusses and the stable windows. This gives De Deel an extra atmosphere - an environment to feel at ease and come to yourself.
Take one stap outside and you are surrounded by colour, brightness and nature, thanks to the flower borders, the capital trees rustling in the breeze and by the birds and animals that visit the garden. Don't be surprised if you come face to face with a deer (or two).
