Lauwersoog Campsite, situated right on the shores of Lauwersmeer and within Lauwersmeer National Park, has everything you need for a successful holiday. The campsite is open all year round and boasts extensive facilities and a leisure team. These include, for example: a wonderful restaurant, ‘Het Booze wijf’, with views over Lauwersmeer and the museum harbour; free hot water and showers; solar-heated toilet blocks; rental of mobile homes, hikers’ huts and chalets, a bus stop ‘right on the doorstep’, a campsite shop and a launderette. What’s more, motorhomes are welcome and dogs are allowed. The park also has an indoor and outdoor playground.
