A Giclée is an art reproduction that very closely mimics the original and makes art a lot more affordable. Thus, Giclées are the perfect alternative to an original painting. The Giclées are made in a limited edition, are colourfast for up to 75 years and come with a certificate of authenticity signed by the artist. At Roesd, more than 700 framed giclées by many top Dutch artists, such as Henk Helmantel, Erik van Ommen, Theo Onnes, Ton Dubbeldam, Jan Kooistra, Dinie Boogaart, Dorus Brekelmans, Ton Dubbeldam, Jan van Loon, Rein Pol and Marius van Dokkum, are displayed for sale.

- Groups €8.95 Group arrangement; Demonstration and coffee/tea with cake. Roesd is a nice accommodation for a cultural staff outing, family day, with an association, women's club or a stopover on a cycling tour in the north of the Netherlands. We make a special product namely Giclée reproductions, for groups it is possible to take a look behind the scenes at the production process. Experience for yourself what goes into making a Giclée reproduction! During a 45-minute to one-hour demonstration, we will show you how a painting is turned into a Giclée reproduction using advanced photography, image processing and printing techniques. In the brasserie, we will serve you a cup of coffee or tea with cake and there will be an opportunity to admire the large collection of Giclées in the art shop with exhibition space. In addition, Roesd has special gift items, decoration and art products, such as cards, art books, calendars and glass objects. In total, an excursion at Roesd takes about 2 hours, a little depending on the size of the group. Upon departure, everyone will receive an information pack with a nice booklet on Giclées. In short, all the ingredients for an enjoyable cultural excursion! * Group excursions are given by appointment only, this is possible from Tuesday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm. We can accommodate groups of up to 50 people and the tour is given with a maximum of 25 people at a time. It is also possible to visit us by bus, which can be parked at the side of the building. Are you with a smaller group? No problem but we charge a minimum of 12 people, this as an expense for the time it takes.
