Take a closer look
In the farm part of the borg you will find goats, geese, chickens, sheep and in spring also lambs, as well as three horses. The farm also accommodates guests' horses, so you can bring your own. In the barns are the stables, behind the back part is a beautiful horse arena.
In this oldest cultural landscape of Europe, you can enjoy cycling (we have bicycles for hire), walking and/or horse riding. Countless paths and roads wind through the meadows and past picturesque villages. The city of Groningen with its famous Groninger Museum is only a 15-minute drive from 'Piloersema'. This appealing student city with its numerous pubs and nightlife venues is well worth a visit.
