Historische Begraafplaats
Klein Maarslag was once a full-fledged mound village(s). Today, all that remains is a house, a farm and this historische begraafplaats.
Take a closer look
It is likely that some of the gravestones in the cemetery were once located inside the church that stood here at the time. The church was demolished around 1811, but its outline can still be seen. The oldest gravestone in the cemetery dates from 1609.
