Originally founded as a brewery to serve the medieval Order of the Holy Cross monastery, dating from 1464, which is situated opposite the hotel. The atmosphere here blends seamlessly with the surroundings. An atmosphere of tranquillity and rich history. The leafy terrace offers a view that, over the years, changes only with the seasons.
