At Vandeeg Vandaag we make everything fresh at our bakery in Groningen, using as many local products with good origins as possible. And you can taste that!
At Vandeeg Vandaag, we love transformations. What started in 2021 as a micro bakery in the basement of Riemer Bookshop has grown into a sizeable baking team that bakes the stars from the sky in that same, extended basement as well as in Dudok aan het Diep.
And what started as a filling station in 1953 thanks to the famous architect Willem Dudok later became a national monument that has been completely refurbished and restored to its old style. We now bake our disembossed bread there and let you taste our delicious pastries and coffee from Koffiestation on our terrace and the renovated quay.
One thing never changes: our focus on quality, on tasty and fresh pastries made with high-quality, often local ingredients. We bake with care and attention and are constantly experimenting with new flavours.
