We proudly carry the predicate 100% climate-neutral and consciously invest in the environment in order to offer future generations a natural future as well. For instance, we have replaced our linen napkins for 100% biodegradable bamboo napkins and serve extra garnishes with our main dishes only on request to avoid food waste.
