Dragging/trolling, Verticaling/diagonals but also casting. There are many techniques that can be used. Which technique is used on the fishing day depends on a few factors. The weather conditions, the water being fished and also the experience of the guests help determine the right technique.
The fishing guide will be happy to explain all the possibilities. There is no need to bring any angling equipment. Visgids Groningen will gladly put its equipment at your disposal. Of course, you can also bring your own equipment.
This package can be extended with lunch.

Most waters in the province of Groningen are entered for the national fishing pass. However, do you not have a valid fishing pass? This is no problem either! Visgids Groningen can issue you with a day licence. The cost of this is € 7.50 per licence.

* in principle, the day starts at 09.00 at the agreed trailer slipway somewhere in the Province of Groningen and ends there again at 16.00. But this is always by mutual agreement.
The above is for max. 2 persons. Want to fish with more than 2 people? That's no problem either.
Groups

If you have booked an overnight stay via Visgids Groningen, you can be picked up at the B&B if you wish. Naturally, you will also be brought back to the B&B.
Multi-day fishing
Because Visgids Groningen has a collaboration with excellent B&B partners, it is also possible to come fishing for several days. You can then spend no less than several days on one or more beautiful Groningen waters. The fishing guide will accompany you in this, of course. Call or mail for the possibilities.
Boat
Fishing will take place from a beautiful aluminium Starweld 1682TL equipped with all modern equipment and engines.

Opening hours
- During the pike and pikeperch spawning season, it is not possible to fish for a day at Visgids Groningen. Pike and zander spawning season is from the end of March until the last Saturday in May.
