Molen Joeswert
The village of Feerwerd has largely preserved its old character. This is emphasised by corn mill Joeswert , a typical Groningen stage corn mill from 1855.

Restored in 1978, the mill is now the work site of professional miller Rolf Wassens. His business is affiliated with the Craftsmen's Corn Millers Guild Foundation and is open in the afternoon on Fridays and Saturdays. Besides all kinds of cereal products, you can also go here for honey, nuts, recipes, etc. The Joeswert is one of the few mills grinding spelt.

If you have large orders, it is recommended that you call the mill to pass on the order so that it is actually ready when you come to collect it.
