Jachthaven Midwolda
Midwolda Marina is situated on the northern shore of Oldambtmeer. This large lake, covering over 800 hectares, was created as part of the Blauwestad residential and leisure development in East Groningen.

Location
The marina was opened in 2007 and has around 200 moorings. This makes it the largest marina in the region. There are many facilities available, including camper spaces, free showers, a free trailer ramp and a shop with water sports articles. It also offers boat rentals and sailing lessons. Next to the marina is a refuelling station for boats. Midwolda's beach is a stone's throw away. For a bite to eat and a drink, visit Brasserie Old School or one of the other restaurants in the area.
