For instance, the potatoes for the farm fries come from the Johannes Kerkhoven polder, the onions from the Bosscher family in the village, and the small fruit and some of the herbs are grown in-house. The eel comes from the IJsselmeer, the cod from the North Sea. All selected with care and attention.
