Goudkantoor
Built in 1635 in Dutch Renaissance style, the Goudkantoor, the city's former tax office, is one of the most beautiful historical buildings in the heart of the city. It forms a remarkable contrast to the nearby 1996 Waagstraat complex.
In the building, now converted into a café restaurant, you can enjoy a good cup of coffee, a tasty lunch or an exquisite dinner inside or outside on the spacious terrace overlooking the Martinitoren. At het Goudkantoor, you will enjoy Dutch/French cuisine, with a regional touch. het Goudkantoor is already a picture-perfect place from the outside, but inside it looks just as beautiful and moreover atmospheric. The spacious upstairs room is ideal for groups, both for lunch and dinner.
