We are proud of our mini-campsite. The campsite has 14 pitches, but as we have residents with autism, we limit occupancy to a maximum of 5 to 6 pitches. This means that each pitch has plenty of space.

A peaceful campsite in beautiful surroundings
We assume you’re looking for the peace and quiet of the surroundings. The beautiful surroundings are ideal for walking and cycling. There are also plenty of opportunities for day trips to places such as fort Bourtange (an 800-metre walk), Ter Apel (woodlands and places of interest), Sellingen (woodlands with streams), the city of Groningen, and you’re within walking distance of the German border – in short, you’re sure to enjoy the Westerwolde countryside. The facilities at the campsite are kept clean every day by the residents (with or without supervision). We therefore receive many compliments about our clean campsite sanitary facilities. In this way, the residents learn to interact with people from outside the campsite in a familiar and comfortable manner.
