Camping Roelage is situated at the southernmost tip of Groningen and is often regarded as a little piece of Drenthe within Groningen. We offer the sweeping views of Groningen and the forests of Drenthe. The campsite is situated on fishing and boating waters. We have a variety of farm animals (chickens, goats, rabbits, ponies and cats). Behind the campsite, we have our own play forest with walking trails and a pond area featuring a play beach. There are several walking and cycling routes in the vicinity of the campsite. Nature lovers will be in their element here. Roe deer literally wander across the campsite. For children, there is a playground with a variety of play equipment. Each pitch also has a sandpit and a fire pit. Should it happen to rain, we have a child-friendly, cosy recreation room with plenty of games, books and, of course, a TV with children’s channels. This room is heated sustainably.
