For the street food and comfort food at this cool spot, inspiration was drawn from Tel Aviv and, in particular, the Florentin neighbourhood of the same name. The dishes are served in small portions that you can sample and share with your companions. One thing you simply can’t miss during an evening at FLO is the Balagan dessert. ‘Balagan’ is a Hebrew word meaning chaos. In this case, it’s a very tasty kind of chaos. FLO also gives plenty of space to up-and-coming, talented DJs. So, whilst enjoying a lovely glass of wine, a beer or a cocktail, listen to the best funk, disco and house music.
