With Moj lemonade and Meinardi strawberries
Fancy a refreshing mocktail that really tastes like Groningen? With a bottle of MOJ lemonade from the Groninger Store, Meinardi strawberries and a few simple ingredients, you can put a refreshing and delicious drink on the table in no time. Perfect for a sunny afternoon, a cosy drink or just as a fresh enjoyable moment in between.
Ingredients
- MOJ Lemonade (flavour of your choice, we used rose raspberry)
- Scoop of sugar
- Quarter of a lime
- Ice cubes
- Mint for garnish and a slice of lime

Meinardi strawberries
Meinardi 's strawberries are grown locally (in Groningen) with attention to flavour. Meinardi grows with the season and gives the strawberries time to grow naturally. The strawberries are picked fresh every day and one by one they are carefully placed in boxes. No transport over long distances, no unnecessary intermediate steps, just fresh from the field to the shop. Their farm shops in Winschoten and Noordbroek are also well worth a visit.

Preparation
In a long drink glass, put a scoop of sugar and add a little water. After this, stir well.
Cut a lime in half and add a quarter of the juice of the lime to the glass. Then remove the crowns of the strawberries and add them to the glass together with some mint leaves. Mash the ingredients with a masher. Then top up the glass with ice.
Now add the MOJ lemonade of your choice.
Finish the mocktail with a sprig of fresh mint. Add a slice of lime and a piece of fruit to make your glass look extra nice.
