Location
In Mara Piccione’s studio in Warffum, everything revolves around the traditional craft of screen printing. Layer by layer, Mara creates graphic-abstract artworks in which form, surface and texture come together. Her work is inspired by her many years’ experience designing screen-printed posters for bands and concert venues.
Curious about her work? From April to December, the studio opens its doors on the first Sunday of every month. Come and see the colourful screen prints, collages and artist’s books, and browse through cards, notebooks and other paper treasures. Would you prefer to visit at another time?
