Steven Klein Nijenhuis has been the proud owner of Herberg Onder de Linden since October 2016. After four wonderful years at the In de Molen restaurant in Onderdendam, he moved to Aduard.

Location
The cuisine is difficult to pin down to a single style. They use the finest Dutch produce, combined with herbs and cooking techniques that have a French-Asian twist.
The dishes look simple but are tantalising. The menu is served as a surprise to truly take you on a journey of discovery.
