Our small-scale campsite is all about peace and space. You won’t be bothered by cars here: apart from on arrival and departure, our campsite is completely car-free. Unless you’re arriving in a campervan, of course. The camping pitches are spacious and come with free electricity and Wi-Fi. At Lentemaheerd, we don’t make a fuss about extra charges. Even showering is simply free here. Something we’re proud of: our campsite has toilet and shower facilities for people with reduced mobility. We’re keen to ensure that everyone feels welcome.

Get closer to Groningen’s agricultural heritage
Our campsite began years ago as a sideline to our farming business. Gradually, we have come to focus more and more on our guests. Nevertheless, we still love to share the story of the agricultural sector and life in the province of Groningen. You can experience this not only at the Lentemaheerd, but also in the surrounding area. Stap on a bike and you’ll cycle through the agricultural landscape, which is coloured by various crops, such as flowering potato fields. The swaying grain fields change colour beautifully with the seasons, from fresh green to golden yellow.

Camping rate for 2 people with camping equipment, including use of electricity, water and sewage connection on the pitch. Hot water at the sanitary facilities and wifi is included.
There are a few pitches for small camping vehicles caravans or tents up to 6 metres that do not have water and sewage connection. These pitches are slightly cheaper.
