The bedroom is fitted with a luxury double box-spring bed; in the living room, the sofa can be converted into a sofa bed for one adult or two (young) children. If required, an extra guest bed can be added to the bedroom or living room. Coffee and tea, Rituals toiletries, luxury towel and linen sets, high-speed (wireless) internet connection, two TVs (with film channels), private laundry facilities (washing machine and tumble dryer) and various security features are available in the property. The property has its own entrance. Guests have access to the entire floor (ground floor). Guests are welcome to use the seating areas at the front and rear of the property. The rear courtyard is enclosed and accessible only from within the property. De Pottebakkersrijge, situated on the ‘A’ canal and extending from theHoge der A , is a wonderfully peaceful place to stay in the city centre, yet within walking distance of the train and bus stations in Groningen. Thanks to the city’s many activities, there is always something going on throughout the year. The stage at the front of the property is an interesting meeting place for artists and musicians. A perfect view of the Academie Minerva and the adjacent city garden makes this one of the most beautiful spots in the city.
