It is situated on the border of Western Europe’s oldest cultural landscape, the Reitdiep area, and the Hoogeland with its rich history. Batenborg has two spacious double guest rooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom. You are also welcome to make use of the authentic sitting room. You can enjoy a cup of coffee or a drink by the original natural stone fireplace. Breakfast is served in the stylish dining room, where you can enjoy the magnificent view over the Groningen countryside. We would be delighted to invite you to stay the night in one of our guest rooms. In the evening, enjoy a lovely glass of wine in the sitting room, and the next morning, go for a lovely walk, a cycle ride or a delightful boat trip through the Maren area.
