The base for camper van owners, hikers, cyclists and mudflat walkers! In the middle of the village of Pieterburen, a stone's throw from the Wadden Sea, lies the small, cosy camping Boetn Toen. You will be looked after by hospitable volunteers who have the (Dutch) Wadden area at heart.

In the middle of the village of Pieterburen, a stone's throw from the Wadden Sea, lies the small, cosy camping Boetn Toen. You will be looked after by hospitable volunteers who have a warm heart for the (Dutch) Wadden area. Light, lots of space and peace, beautiful views and wonderful air characterise our surroundings, where there is plenty to do: walking, hiking, canoeing or cycling. But there is also much to discover culturally and historically here, such as special gardens, museums, churches, castles and old mills.
On the campsite we rent out various types of accommodation. You can stay in log cabins (2-4 persons), a mobile home (2 adults and 2 children) and rental caravans (2 persons), but you are of course also welcome with your own tent, trailer tent, caravan or motorhome. With beautiful spacious paved pitches. Hope to meet you during the (coming) camping season.
