The base for camper van owners, hikers, cyclists and mudflat walkers! In the middle of the village of Pieterburen, a stone's throw from the Wadden Sea, lies the small, cosy camping Boetn Toen. You will be looked after by hospitable volunteers who have the (Dutch) Wadden area at heart.

In the heart of the village of Pieterburen, just a stone’s throw from the Wadden Sea, lies the small, cosy camping Boetn Toen. You’ll be welcomed by hospitable volunteers who are passionate about the (Dutch) Wadden Sea region. Light, plenty of space and tranquillity, stunning views and fresh air characterise our surroundings, where there’s plenty to do: mudflat walking, hiking, canoeing or cycling. But there’s also plenty to discover in terms of culture and history, such as unique gardens, museums, churches, castles and old windmills.
On the campsite we rent out various types of accommodation. You can stay in log cabins (2-4 persons), a mobile home (2 adults and 2 children) and rental caravans (2 persons), but you are of course also welcome with your own tent, trailer tent, caravan or motorhome. With beautiful spacious paved pitches. Hope to meet you during the (coming) camping season.
