On the Hogeland of Groningen, land and sea meet. In this vast wadden region, you will find this unique and hospitable accommodation in a beautiful spot. At Landgoed Wilgeheerd, you can do it all: go for a walk, take a bike or a boat to discover the varied old mound landscape, visit Groningen or Dokkum, the impressive Unesco World Heritage Site of the Wadden Sea or enjoy bird watching in the Lauwersmeer area or a day at Shiermonnikoog. The nature campsite has 11 spacious pitches with electricity for campers with their own tent, small caravan (up to 4.5 m excluding pole) or camper van (up to 5 m). In addition, 2 wonderful glamping facilities; a comfortable safari tent (2-4p) and a Glamping Tipi with outdoor kitchen (2p). There is always room for passing hikers and cyclists. The sanitary facilities are new, clean and fresh. We have lots of information about the area and the Hogeland has a vibrant cultural agenda full of small-scale exhibitions, concerts and fun regional markets. Be welcome for a shorter or longer stay at our little campsite, enjoy the peace and space to clear your head and recharge!
