Many of our products come directly from the land or from our own herb garden. And have been lovingly produced and selected by our suppliers. Where possible, we prefer organically grown and full of flavour. It goes without saying that we take into account what the seasons have to offer.

Chef Yordi Springer and his team invite you to enjoy pure dishes- full of flavour, because always from the season and prepared with love.

The dishes are inspired by Scandinavian cuisine, the ingredients are mainly local, as much as possible from the Groningen region. By combining modern and traditional cooking techniques and the use of regional ingredients (sometimes even from their own 'backyard'), the kitchen team creates contemporary dishes in the style of Nordic cuisine.
