P+R Kardinge: right through the city
During your bike ride from P+R Kardinge to the city, you will discover the many faces of Groningen. After starting in the sporting heart of the city, you'll also discover cultural and architectural gems along the way. Discover, among other things, the Amsterdam School style of Bernoulliplein and the art next to poppodium Simplon. Of course, some city icons cannot be missed either; during your route, you will pass by the Noorderplantsoen, City Hall and d' Olle Grieze, among others. Above all, keep your eyes open and you will see so much more along the way.

P+R Haren: along the waterfront
With the second route, you cycle from beautiful Haren to the city. And not via the well-known Rijksstraatweg, but nicely backwards. Along the water and partly through greenery. Cycling along the winding Hoornsedijk, you pass de Helper, a classic and characteristic mill. With this mill in your kielzog, you continue your journey. Passing the city marker 'Gate Tower Clio' and the artwork 'Proathoes', you eventually drive into the city. Once in the city centre, you pass through Folkingestraat. Reminders of this neighbourhood's Jewish past are still visible here. The synagogue is the jewel of the street.

P+R Hoogkerk: by nature
The third route takes you from P+R Hoogkerk towards the city. You soon find yourself in the Stadspark. Cycle through a hedge of trees across the first little bridge and look out over the large pond. With some luck, you'll see cormorants sitting in the adjacent trees. The Stadspark has a lot to offer: from a botanical garden to a petting zoo and large open meadows. And if you think you've already earned a break, you can take a nice seat on Ni Hao's terrace. Continue cycling along Concourslaan, past the old trotting course and head towards town. A little further on, marvel at the beautiful buildings along the water. From the greenery to Groningen's canals: this route takes you to the city centre in a fun way.
