This visitor centre is housed in a schoolgebouw in Pieterburen dating from 1867. Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the Wadden Sea region. The Bezoekerscentrum Waddenkust is designed to encourage exploration and hands-on activities! The centre also has its own shop and provides tourist information via TIP Waddenland.
The visitor centre is open from 1 March to 1 November:
Tuesday to Sunday from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm.
Also open on Mondays in July and August: from 1.00 pm to 5.00 pm
