Camp Zuiderhorn is an attractive small and friendly campsite on the rural Hoogeland. Zuiderhorn is the name of the area south of the picturesque wierdendorp Warffum. The area is characterised by old watercourses and (monumental) farms. Camp Zuiderhorn is located just outside the village, in the countryside, on one of the watercourses: the Warffumermaar and next to the Warffumer forest. Easily accessible by train. Enjoy the beautiful wide views. Besides very spacious camping pitches, we rent out five unique cabins (from 2 to 14 persons) and the vintage beach house, which are located together on the same field. Highly recommended for groups. Or if you like "glamping". For instance, spend a nostalgic night in the Blokstee, a spacious log cabin with two bedsteads! Or choose the cosy beach house, equipped with sanitary facilities and heating. More: cosy group room with kitchen, a fire pit with benches all around, a centrally located playground, lots of freely usable toys such as go-karts, scooters and trampolines, hut building, a self-service restaurant and canoe hire.
