The Meinardi family has been a household name in Groningen for years. Everyone has had strawberries or asparagus from the company. The strawberries are grown almost year-round under favourable conditions. Delicious as a snack, on a rusk, through custard or yoghurt or processed in a Meinardi pastry or strawberry slipper. Asparagus is available for a maximum of four months of the year, namely from the end of March to the end of June. This delicious delicacy, is grown with great care and attention and staked daily, so they can always be deliciously fresh on your plate. But besides the well-known strawberries and asparagus, Meinardi has much more, including baking their own breads, daily fresh ready-to-eat meals and jams. The range is huge, all super fresh and made responsibly. You get it all at their two farm shops in Winschoten and Noordbroek. Meinardi s products are always worth a detour.
