The fish that chef Bob uses comes mostly from the North Sea, caught by fishermen on smaller boats. They have close contact at Brussels Lof with a number of fish buyers so we can be sure we always get fresh fish. Bob himself also goes out a lot. Into the woods or onto the Wadden Sea in search of fresh plants, flowers and mushrooms that he uses in his dishes.

Of course, good wine should not be missing with all the deliciousness they serve in the restaurant. With a wide range of organic wines and natural wines without sulphites from small wineries, there is always a combination to make with your dish.
