Small-scale very spacious modern campsite with lunch café located in the forest surrounded by typical Groningen landscape. Facilities include a.o. sanitary building, playground / forest and swimming pond. The Lunch Café offers many home-made products.
Noorderloo is a small-scale, spacious, modern and sustainable campsite where you can relax and unwind. Here you camp in a sunny open forest, in the middle of the farmland. Of course with a play forest, playground equipment, our own swimming pond with beach, football field, volleyball field, ping pong table and our own vegan and vegetarian summer lunch cafe (high season) / self-service bar (all season) for when you need a good cup of coffee or something delicious.
At the campsite you can walk through the forest, children (and adults) can play in the playground or romp and build huts in the play forest, swim in the pond, laze on the beach, play football / volleyball / table tennis or make a campfire. The campsite is spacious (7.4 ha) and green, so that everyone has the space to relax.

The vegetarian and vegan lunch cafe is located on the same site. In high season you can get lunch, ice cream, cakes, fries and snacks here. In the low season, the lunch cafe space is used as a living room / bad weather space with a small self-service bar. In addition, the unique, surprising (undiscovered) environment of Westerwolde offers a beautiful environment where you can experience everything.
