Barrel Wijnlokaal

Haddingestraat 27 - Barrel Wijnlokaal, named Wine Bar of the Year 2018, boasts a cosy establishment and a unique selection. Barrel has more than 1,200 wines on its menu and around 70 available by the glass every week, and the party is complete with its carefully selected cheeses and charcuterie. Good news for wine lovers: last year, Barrel expanded with an eponymous wine shop on Nieuwe Ebbingestraat. Now you can also enjoy your favourite bottle at home.

Mofongo 's Rooftop Winebar

Oude Boteringestraat 26 - In addition to the restaurant, cocktail bar and distillery, Mr. Mofongo also has a beautiful rooftop bar. This is entirely dedicated to established old, but also new wines and should therefore not be missed in this list of wine bars. The most special wines can be ordered here simply by the glass through a unique robotic tapping system.
